This includes processing for marketing, business development, statistical and management purposes.

WE DO NOT TRANSFER PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA.

Delivery details

All orders received by 12 midday will be dispatched on that day (Monday – Friday) Orders placed after 12 midday will be dispatched on the next working day.  All orders received Saturday/ Sunday and Bank Holidays  will be dispatched Monday/ Tuesday (After Bank Holiday).  Products are sent by your selected method, Courier is usually next working day and Royal mail 2-3 days UK and 7 days International. Please note however with increased online shopping especially during bank holidays and seasonal holidays delivery can take slightly longer, this is out of our control for which we appreciate your understanding.

 International customers – deliveries may take longer than stated by your selected shipping method, this could be due to unforeseen delays ie: Customs clearance procedure, unpaid import duty or tax etc…

Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day that your parcel is dispatched. 

Returns / faulty goods

All products are fully checked before dispatch.  You have a ‘coolling off’ period of 7 working days after delivery date.  In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods simply call +44 (0)1323 892320 or email info@blokproducts.com  We will have the products picked up, at our expense, and give you the option of a full refund or a replacement at no charge to you. Please reuse the packaging material for return courier. 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund for goods that are returned not faulty if they are returned in an un-saleable condition, ie they have signs of being used, scratched or have been damaged by the customer.

You will be liable for any delivery costs incurred for returned goods unless they are returned for defective or faulty reasons.

Product Exchange

In the event that you have purchased the incorrect product and require an exchange ?

We are happy to exchange the product on a like for like basis, however this will incur an additional shipping fee by the customer. The fastest way to do this is to create another order on our website for the correct product needed, then follow the returns policy above to return the incorrect items purchased.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.  As we aim to send out orders next day please contact us to cancel your order as soon as possible.  If your order has already been dispatched you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred for delivery to you and in returning the product to us.  

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the customers package has left the building and is in the hands of the delivery company.  Once you receive your parcel you can follow the above returns policy.

Orders that are refused delivery by the customer could incur additional costs that will be deducted from your refund, an example of this could be a return to sender shipping fee by the courier company, this would be deducted along with the original shipping fee as per our returns policy above.

Duty & Tax 

EU/ International customers – All products shown on our website are excluding UK VAT.  Your purchase will be subject to import duty (EU Only if over £135.00 GBP (€150.00) ) and VAT will be applied at your local rate on the entire value, this will be requested from the shipping company you select at check-out via your contact email and will need to be paid before the goods are released for delivery.

Shipping companies will only hold packages up to 5 days from the date charges have been requested, Failure to pay any charges requested by the shipping company or third party your package/ packages will be returned to sender.  Once received by the sender your order will refunded less the Outward and Return shipping charges.
