Description

Fork Mount Inserts 15x110TC allow your existing fork mounts to be re-configured to accommodate Mountain Bikes (MTB) Boost Torque Cap with a diameter 15mm axle.

These inserts fit bikes with a 15mm through axle fork and a fork internal width of 110mm.

Each Pair of removable inserts fit the correct width of fork and axle diameter.   We have made each pair of Fork Mount Inserts colour coded so you won’t mix them up.

Fork Mount Inserts 15x110TC have a 15mm hole for your axle.  There is also an O-ring on each insert which retains them in the fork mount when inserted.

What is a Torque Cap Compatible Fork?

These inserts have been machined to allow a perfect line up of your fork with the axle when fitting to one of our Fork Mounts, *Torque cap compatible forks have a larger machined face on the inside which allows more contact with the hub making for a stronger fixing, we have machined our inserts to replicate this to fit the 31mm diameter therefore you will have perfect alignment every time.

If you have Torque cap compatible forks like Reba, Pike, Lyrik or Yari to name a few, then you definitely need this one.

Swapping Inserts Over:

To swap the inserts, just grab each insert, pull with a slight twist and they will just pop out. Fitting the Fork Mount Inserts is the same in reverse, twist and push.

Each Fork Mount body is pre-lubricated and might require a little additional lubrication over time because O-rings don’t like dry surfaces.
